A motorbike rider has escaped serious injury after a collision involving a lorry in Witney, Oxford.
The accident happened around 1pm on Station Lane and police were forced to close the road while emergency services helped the victims of the accident.
Some congestion was felt by other road users along the A415.
A spokesperson for the South Central Ambulance service confirmed that ambulance crews passing the scene stopped to give the motorbike accident victim treatment.
He said, "One of our ambulances came across the incident involving the motorbike and a lorry and stopped to help."
"We also sent staff in a rapid response vehicle."
"The motorcyclist suffered a number of injuries after coming off his motorbike."
The rider was taken to hospital as a precaution and his injuries were described as not life-heatening.
