Here is one example of how we have successfully represented a motorbike accident victim in successfully receiving 100% compensation

The Claimant was driving carefully down a main road, with his headlight on to alert other drivers to his presence. Despite this, the Defendant’s tractor suddenly and without warning, emerged from a gateway onto the main road and directly into the path of the Claimant. The Claimant had no time to avert a collision and as a result of the collision he was sent flying to the ground. The rear wheel of the tractor then ran directly over our Claimant which caused him to sustain injuries: fractured ribs, a fractured coccyx and a fractured right index finger.

Despite the injuries that he had caused, the Defendant actually left the scene. The Claimant had the presence of mind to phone the police, who quickly traced the Defendant down to a nearby farm. He vociferously denied involvement.

Since the Claimant’s motorbike was effectively written off by the crash and he had sustained injuries, as well as having his jacket ruined by the tractor’s’ tyres, he instructed us to act on his behalf. Medical evidence was collated, relating to the injuries sustained and proceedings were issued. The Defendant continued to deny any involvement, until 3 days before trial. At this point he accepted liability in full.

The Claimant received over £12,000 having demonstrated that his motorbike was written off and that he had incurred out of pocket expenses etc as a result of the accident
