The driver's car left the road and rolled 10 meters down a steep ravine before coming to rest next to a small steam.
This is the fifth accident involving the ravine since September.
Passing drivers found the driver shaking at the side of the road shortly after he had managed to climb out of his car to safety.
He was taken to hospital and miraculusly discharged the same day with only minor personal injuries.
Local Policeman Sgt Andy Burden said: "The driver is lucky to be alive. When you look at the distance the car travelled and the steepness of the slope you would have expected serious injuries."
