Car accident victim seeks £11m compensation settlement

A man who was left with permanent brain damage after being hit by a car on holiday is now seeking a compensation settlement of £11m from the driver.

The 36-year-old was on holiday with friends in Rome when he was hit by a car on the morning of January 14th 2006.

It is believed that the brain injury victim was crossing the road at the time of the accident and neither party saw each other in time to avoid an accident.

The injury victim is now submitting a personal injury compensation claim for the total sum of £11m to cover the pain and suffering caused as well as loss of future earnings.
