Hull Police Appeal For Witnesses After Motorbike Accident

Police from Hull are appealing for witnesses after a road accident left a motorbike rider with a broken shoulder and leg.

The 27-year-old suffered the injuries after his Honda Fireblade motorbike collided with a Toyota Rav4 near a roundabout on the A1079. 

The 45-year-old driver of the car was not injured in the incident. 

Police said that both the vehicles were travelling west in slow moving traffic at the time of the accident. 

The injured rider was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary where he was treated by medical staff. 

Police have asked anyone with information should call 101 quoting log 250 on September 3rd 2012.
