Stratford Man Seriously Injured in Car Crash

A Stratford driver has been seriously injured after a car crash in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The man who is believed to be aged 20 had to be cut free from his car in the early hours of the morning.

Ambulance crews who arrived at the scene said that the car crash had left the man seriously injured.

A spokesperson from the Ambulance service confirmed the details: “Due to the serious nature of his condition, ambulance crews quickly freed the man from the badly damaged car to begin emergency treatment. The man suffered a serious head injury and fractures to his leg and arm.

“He was immobilised with a neck collar, spinal board and leg and arm splints before being taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further assessment and treatment.”
