Two seriously injured in motorhome accident

A nasty road smash between a Honda motorhome and a Ford Fiesta has resulted in four people being injured, two seriously.

Emergency services responded quickly to calls at around 8.30am when the incident occurred during rush hour on a busy A road.

A police spokesman said: “Four people were injured, two seriously.

“They have been taken to the Northern General Hospital …..”

Their condition is still not known at this stage and the road was closed to allow crash investigators to assess the site and also to allow for the removal of debris and fluid.

Weather conditions are worsening as daylight hours become shorter and shorter and poor visibility is causing more accidents to happen as drivers are not so careful to check and check again at junctions.  If you have been injured in a car accident that wasn’t your fault then you need good advice to ease the stress of such an upsetting experience.

The following cases are very likely to result in a successful car accident claim:

  • Car crashes involving uninsured drivers
  • Car crashes involving vehicles that were defective or not roadworthy
  • Pedestrians injured in car crashes
  • Motorbike crashes
